BuySellStone is a B2B marketplace for stone industry professionals. You must be at least 18 years old and a legitimate business or individual in the stone industry to create an account.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings. All listings must represent real, available inventory. Fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited listings will be removed and accounts may be suspended. BuySellStone reserves the right to remove any listing at its sole discretion.
BuySellStone is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We do not participate in transactions, hold funds, or guarantee any sale. All transactions are between the buyer and seller directly. We are not responsible for disputes, non-delivery, or payment issues.
You may not use the Platform to post spam, fraudulent listings, counterfeit goods, or any content that violates applicable law. You may not scrape or harvest data from the Platform without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, post prohibited content, or engage in fraudulent activity, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
BuySellStone is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transactions made through it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
